 Uniform Requirements
    
  •   Light pink leotard                 * No skirts are allowed.    
  •   Pink ballet tights                   * No jewelry please.
  •   Leather ballet shoes

Uniform Requirements for Youth Ballet Division
  (Ages 6-21)     
      
Ballet 1:  Pastel Blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes    *Bloch brand
Ballet 2:  Royal Blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes     *Bloch brand        
Ballet 3:  Maroon leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes          *Bloch brand        
Ballet 4:  Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes         *Plain Classic style   
Ballet 5:  Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes         *Plain Classic style  
Ballet 6:  Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes         *Plain Classic style

Leotards must meet the following criteria:

  • No skirts are allowed          
  • Classic ballet styles 
  • Simple straps & sleeves   
  • RAD belts are acceptable
  • Princess seams are acceptable   
 
 Ballet Shoes:

  • Traditional leather or canvas ballet shoes.
  • Drawstring should be trimmed and tucked inside.
  • Elastics sewn correctly

Hair Requirements:

Ballet Level 1
  • Classic pony tail or ballet bun neatly arranged.
  • Headbands and clips are encouraged to keep hair neatly groomed.

Ballet Levels 2-6

  • Classic ballet buns.
  • Children with hair long enough (past chin length) must wear a bun. 
  • Shorter lengths can be neatly groomed into a small ponytail with headband/gel, etc. 
  • Please use thick elastics made for holding hair (not the colored decorative thin types), bobby pins/hair pins, and a hair net or bun cover to arrange hair. 
  • We have Hair Kits available for purchase.                          
  • No jewelry, except stud earrings/medical bracelets.
Non Ballet Classes    (Ages 6 & up)                                            

  • Creative Dance
Solid colored leotard or shirt, black tights or dance pants , bare feet

  • Tap 1
Light blue leotard, pink tights, black tap shoes

  • Tap 2                
Royal blue leotard, pink tights, black tap shoes

  • Tap 3   Tap 4 
Solid colored leotard; Choice of tights/dance pants in black or tan. Black tap shoes.         
Students may wear dance shorts over tights, no bare legs.
